We don't just represent RoboLabs in North America, we work directly with the company in all aspects of the business.  From product testing to sales, support, marketing and logistics. We're not just a "rep" but their primary presence and have been their US  and Canadian arm since before they opened their first warehouse.

We're also here to offer support after the purchase. Have a question or problem, know we're here for you. When parts or service are needed, we'll help facilitate the fasted possible resolution. We're here for you today and into the future as your business grows.

RoboLabs equipment is very easy to use and most buyers don't require any special training. But, if you're new to the popcorn business and/or have a large staff and want everyone "up to speed" right from day one. We can provide on-site training for a fee or you can send small groups to our showroom for hands on training for free.

We're here to help beyond just selling you a machine.  Need recommendations or referrals for related products and supplies? We have plenty of experience and are happy to help our customers in any way  possible. Need advice on improving your popping process or review of your recipes, we do that too!

Because our showroom is a functional test kitchen, we're making popcorn and caramel corn on a daily basis. Whether with prospects who have come to visit and learn for the day, or supplying retail product to local stores, we're testing and using the machines every day.  When you have questions, we have real world answers for everything related to making savory popcorn and caramel corn of all varieties.
